Prices include: hot water, electricity, gas, kitchen, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, TV, 1 park for car, swimming pool,
children’s playground, V.A.T.. Optional costs: €7.00 a day for air-conditioning/heating; €11.00 a week per each person for
sheets and towels.
CONDITIONS: Pets are allowed, € 70,00 for week for animal. Final Cleaning € 40,00. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of
the client. If the kitchenette needs to be cleaned by the staff, a €20,00 charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
Due to possible breakage or lacks a deposit of €150,00 is obligational. RENTING PERIOD: minimum 1 week,
from 4:00 p.m. the Saturday of arrival to 10:00 a.m. the Saturday of departure.
PAYMENT: 50% at booking + €6.00 for expenses, the balance at arrival.
Deposit refund: 80% of the total amount for a cancellation within 30 days before the arrival. After this date no refund will
be put into effect.
Possibility to renting periods less than a week only last minute.
Special Offer:
booking 7days = pay 5 days from 01/01 to 09/06 and from 01/09 to 31/12.
booking 7days= pay 6 days from 09/06 to 23/06 and from 25/08 to 01/09
